Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz is training for his UFC 133 rematch against Rashad Evans on Aug. 6 in Philadelphia and in the process, he's also helping wounded veterans get back on their feet by "Rehabbing with the Troops," organized by the non-profit outfit "Pro Versus GI Joe."
"A little bit of the cardio, you know, while they're here with me for the whole week," Ortiz told ABC.com. "Doing some of the training of jiu-jitsu and wrestling, some hand-tactic stuff, some of the stuff I know really, really well since I've been doing it for 14 years."
Maybe this "Huntington Beach Boy" isn't so "Bad" after all.
