Dana White and Joe Rogan Twitter accounts make CNNSI top 100 list

In honor of the five year anniversary of social media giant Twitter, CNNSI.com has released their "Twitter 100," a list of the top 100 Twitter feeds "considered essential to their daily routine for finding news, information and entertainment from the sports world."

And a couple of noted members of the mixed martial arts community made the cut.

UFC President Dana White, who currently boasts an unbelievable 1,506,163 followers as of this writing, and comedian color commentator Joe Rogan, who enjoys a respectable 401,347 followers of his own.

Of note, White has the 2nd highest number of followers behind only the outspoken and always controversial Cincinnati Bengals NFL wide receiver Chad Ochocinco, who frequently engages in Twitter wars with Octagon stars like Tito Ortiz and Anderson Silva.

That ain't not bad, folks.

They are popular with a load of internet nerds who need direction and don’t have a mind of their own or anything better to do with their time.
Like that “Top 100” list means jack anyway. I haven’t even heard of most of those “names”.
I just had a quick look at the Rogan link cos i thought he might have had some MMA talk going on but it’s just mundane crap, like most of these twitter accounts.
It’s akin to being in the “Top 100 Boring Loadmouths Who Love To Hear Themselves Talk” list.

personally I follow Dana and Joe and have listened to his Podcast from day one

I’m not a mindless drone either. I enjoy most of the topics and have disagreed with a lot of what has been said on any of the mentioned medias. Just because its not 100% MMA related does not make it any less interesting. I have other interests other than MMA and enjoy learning about new topics which is something that Joe Rogan has been a big help at. I never stop learning about something new because both his twitter and his Podcast touch on several different topics on a daily basis.

The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far is as needed?
