Holy shit.

The main event of UFC on Versus 4 went from a welterweight wrestlemania in Nate Marquardt vs. Rick Story to a K-1 kickboxing delight in Cheick Kongo vs. Pat Barry.

And a delight it was.

Barry swarmed Kongo with his trademark kicks but it was a big punch that put the French Sensation down. "HD" was all over the big man, throwing punch after punch with deadly intentions.

It looked like he had him knocked out at multiple points but the referee gave Kongo every opportunity to make his comeback.

Did he ever.

As Barry continued to push forward with punches, searching for one more clean shot to finally put his opponent away, Kongo reared back and swung for the fences.

And connected.

Boom, one shot, straight to Barry's chin, put him out for the count. The ref gave it a few hammerfists to make it clear but they weren't necessary.

What a fight. What a main event. What a knockout. What a comeback.
