UFC on Versus is coming up live this Sunday.  Its the Friday before so I was just starting to really think about my picks before heading over to playground to enter them, and more importantly, BoDog to place my bets. There are a couple of fights that I will probably be debating with myself all day before placing my picks.

I think that there are a lot of very close fights this weekend - which means it could be a good event to bet on some of the live dogs to come out big.  For example, I am a big fan of Mitrione, but Moorecraft is no chump, he's huge and has very very good wrestling.  If he's able to dictate where the fight takes place, his +250 odds are looking tasty.    Other live dogs are Lentz, Warburton, Manny, and then even Matt Brown and Javy Vazquez, but to a lesser extent.   Also, they have Rick Story at +350 to win by stoppage.  Nice!

And we don't have to limit it to money bets and pool picks, does any one out there have any side bets or sig bets??????

Jay and I have a side bet.  He needs to outscore me this event by 18 points otherwise he owes me $20. 

One other bet I happened to hear about is between DetroitDrew and Deuce.  They are putting their picks up against each other for this one event and the loser is self-banned until January 1st.
