Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to pay-per-view last Saturday night (June 11, 2011) with UFC 131: "Dos Santos vs. Carwin," featuring heavyweight division number one contender Junior dos Santos securing a three round unanimous decision win over former Interim champion Shane Carwin.

But that's not all.

Kenny Florian made his successful debut at 145-pounds by outworking Diego Nunes while Mark Munoz got one step closer to a middleweight title shot by squeaking past Demian Maia.

And what else is there to say about the slobberknocker that was Dave Herman vs. Jon Olav Einemo?
