Eeny meeny Einemo, catch a "Pee-Wee" knee to the dome.
UFC 131: "Dos Santos vs. Carwin" featured two talented heavyweights in a tussle to simply introduce themselves to the wider mixed martial arts audience.
There are few things more entertaining than two monstrous heavyweights slinging heavy leather until someone goes down. Especially when it takes everything -- including the kitchen sink -- to get them to fall.
Add in an impressive comeback and we just might have "Fight of the Night," folks.
Jon Olav Einemo may have been away from active competition for five years but he certainly didn't look the part. "The Viking" came out swinging, landing big bombs in between sporadic takedown attempts.
His vaunted ground game never got the chance to go on display but that's okay ... we're not complaining.
Instead, we witnessed Dave Herman's superhuman chin absorb shot after shot until it looked like he was going to crumble like a ton of bricks.
But he never did.
Herman came storming back to land multiple punches and knees until his opponent went crashing to the mat, unable to defend himself.
That was fun.
