Programming alert: Frankie Edgar 'In the Moment' airs May 25 at 10pm ET on Spike TV

Frankie Edgar is living "In the Moment."

As the current lightweight champion heads into his UFC 130 title defense against Gray Maynard on May 28 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, "The Answer" will be featured in his own 30-minute special detailing his preparations and training leading up to his meeting against his own personal "Bully."

Frankie Edgar: "In the Moment" airs Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at 10 p.m. ET on Spike TV.

Following a hard fought five-round draw at UFC 125 on Jan. 1, it was determined these two would tango in an immediate rematch just four months later to finally determine a clear winner in their rivalry.

After enduring a "Bully" beatdown in the first round of their UFC 125 headliner back on Jan. 1, Edgar somehow rebounded to battle Maynard to an unsatisfying draw after five rounds. It was a fantastic fight, which was a rematch that looked nothing like their original encounter back in 2008 that Maynard won convincingly with superior wrestling and raw power.

He came about as close as anyone could to finding "The Answer" to finishing Maynard. And perhaps that's the reason why he'll get a third chance to try it again later this month.

Can he do it? We'll get a first hand look at his preparations and how he plans on approaching his final chance at doing so.

Stay tuned.
