Roy Nelson finally deciding to get in shape? If a recent tweet from Mike Dolce, famed nutritionist, is any indication, "Big Country" just may be getting serious about it:
"@roynelsonmma It was great meeting you and your wife this week. Let's continue our conversation."
The "Dolce Diet" is responsible for whipping into shape such beefy brawlers as Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Thiago Alves. Can Dolce work his magic on Nelson, as well?

Too little too late imo
But I wouldn’t mind being proven wrong on this one.

Absolutely it will
Because he’ll actuallly br putting effort into losing why and becoming a complete fighter. I think he’s realized he can’t okey-doke his way thru fights like he did on RUF.

It's actually severely overblown.
Dolce basically just tells people what he personally did when he was fighting and dieting. Which is stupid because it’s not going to work for everyone. I’ve seen his book about the Dolce Diet and he doesn’t even list macros. Just talks a lot about eating fresh, healthy and organic. Which I think people already know, but just never commit to doing it.
Step by step breakdown of diet
Step #1, Liposuction of 30 lbs, Step #2 No more doughnuts and ice cream for 10 weeks leading up to the fight, Step #3 move to 205 or 185.
It's really not that complicated
Eat unprocessed foods, mostly plants, not too much.
Losing weight is harder mentally than it is physically. That’s why there’s so many fatties in America.
