Seagal in MMA, by Silva's agent
First off all, I hope this is legit and hasn't been posted before (I did look).
LINK TO ARTICLE AT BOTTOM
Lyoto Machida and Anderson Silva, elite fighters, friends and training partners. Steven Seagal respected aikido master who views them as sons. Being that Seagal is credited with teaching these elite TKD / Muay Thai and Machida karate fighters the humble front kick or at the very least helping them to perfect the technique for the purpose of KOing top competition in MMA I thought this article would be interesting.
Fans being sceptical, is this a valid explanation that will satisfy curiosity? Or will this continue when the next Black House fighter get's a similar result with the technique. Regardless whether he invented the technique or merely helped with the application or tactics it really is incredible that both talented strikers were able to pull of what they did and there is definitely a cause to give credit where it is due.
To who it is most deserved, the fighters.

i'm sure steven seagal kicking academies will be popping up all over the country.
making “b” movies does not pay the bills anymore. i also hear he is begging dana white to contact chuck norris or JCVD for a fight in the octagon. i heard royce gracie wants to fight him if he gets to wear his gis outfit in brazil.
Jon " Bones " Jones new light heavyweight champion. Even if Jones got struck flush in the face he would recover and defeat whoever is in front of him. I told everyone the fight would be easy. Almost felt sorry for Rua. Anderson Silva would never fight "Bones". He is too scared to fight the real P4P champion. Nick Diaz is near the peak of his career. 2 more fights and then he fights for UFC Glory. The Wolfman. The most popular man on Mania and the Elder Statesman on all things MMA.

lol, probably. What do you think about the article? It seems kind of weird ...
that if it was an exposure move that the coach was allowed to make that statement.
i think seagal is a desperate man. i think his cpp show in new orleans on A&E got cancelled.
a man has got to make a living somehow. what i’m wondering is who will he attach himself to next?

It was painfully obvious this whole Seagal thing was a weird publicity stunt
Anyone who’s seen one of his straight to video masterpieces from about 2001 onwards will know he needs a stunt double to wipe his own ass! As for doing any kind of fighting other than waving his hands in front of his face, forget about it.
I dont honestly think Seagal could get his feet off the ground remotely high enough to demonstrate such a technique.
A bit of an overexaggeration IMO
The way I see it at the moment, if Seagal is doing this as a publicity stunt to help people who he says he considers like sons and catching a shit load of flack for, it’s actually commendable.
There are other things to consider, but that’s what i’m starting to think about more than the question of whether he’s an attention seeker or some sort of fantasist.
Really??
Try watching Kill Switch! Saw it a couple of months ago. All the fighting was done by a fat stunt double in an ill fitting wig, shot from behind, with just close ups of Seagal waving his hands in front of his face and doing mean looks. Watch it and tell me I’m wrong.
Thanks! Cool gifs!!!
I tend to be biased towards strikers . . . exciting strikers.

Whenever you're ready Free
4-0-1 - who's got next??? d'locc & Freenow
Current P4P greatest in the world.......Cain Velasquez. Know it, learn it, live it.
the theory i read after SIlva's KO is most logical to me
the guys in Brazil used Seagal to gain more exposure in the USA. This backfired when Seagal acted like a retard claiming to have taught these kicks to the byes
actually its andy and lyoto's peoples fault. everyone knows that former hollywood a-listers have big egos.
they should have known that.
