Today it was announced that Dick Ebersol has resigned from his chief position at NBC Sports. Dick Ebersol has long been a road block in the UFC partnering with NBC, stating publicly his negative feelings towards the sport of MMA. A bit ironic being that this was the man who green-lit the XFL, and gave up the networks rights to the NBA and NFL.

  So if the UFC is now able to make a deal with NBC what would you expect quality wise, the first card specifically? I don’t think they would get away with Spike/VS level cards but I am also unsure if we will be seeing anything that is PPV quality either. My guess is that it will fall somewhere in between a Marquardt/Johnson headliner and a Lesnar/Carwin headliner, but where is any ones guess. What do you guys think?
