The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 13 made its return to Spike TV last night (March 30) for episode three of the popular reality show, featuring heavyweight coaches Brock Lesnar and Junior dos Santos as well as the 14 welterweight contestants vying for the six-figure UFC contract.

And as with each new episode of the season, "The Aftermath," hosted by UFC light heavyweight Stephan Bonnar, has returned with yet another installment of its own.

For episode three, Bonnar is joined by the two coaches to discuss their time on the show as well as their upcoming UFC 131 fight in Vancouver.
