The official weigh-in event for Bellator 39 is now in the books. The last pre-fight shindig before tomorrow night's card, which airs live on MTV2 at 9 p.m. ET, took place today in Uncasville, Connecticut.
All seventeen fighters who tipped the scale successfully hit their marks without incident.
Viewers were informed that late replacement Luiz Azeredo (who stepped in for Matt Veach) was still backstage talking with the commission and has yet weigh in.
The main event of Bellator 39 will feature a lightweight title fight between current champion Eddie "The Silent Assassin" Alvarez and Season 2 tournament winner Pat Curran.
Also on the card is a welterweight throwdown between Rick Hawn and former Bellator champion Lyman Good as well as a lightweight tournament match between two-time finalist Toby Imada and Patricky "Pitbull" Freire.
