For those of you who have diet and fitness goals that go beyond the typical "Think I'll have a diet coke with these cheese fries," I wanted to get your take on what aspect of training you hate THE MOST.
Every Friday I leave the meatheads to their racks and hit the kettlebells.
I hate kettlebells.
I mean really hate them. But I do them anyway because you just can't punish your body with traditional weights the way you can with the bells so I make sure to do them at least once a week.
The results are worth it but that doesn't make me dread them any less.
So how about it?
