For fans of mixed martial arts, these past few days were about as good as it gets.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to free TV last Thursday night (March 3) with UFC on Versus 3: "Sanchez vs. Kampmann," featuring a three round bloodbath that pushed both main event headliners into prominent positions within the 170-pound division despite the controversial decision in favor of "The Dream."

But that's not all.

Strikeforce was back in action as well, storming the Nationwide Arena on Saturday night (March 5) as part of the Arnold Fitness Weekend with its "Feijao vs. Henderson" Showtime telecast that saw Dan Henderson add yet another championship title to his war chest with a third round knockout of Rafael Cavalcante.

Even Bellator got in on the action over the weekend with its season four debut on MTV 2.

In cased you missed any or all of it — or just want to keep the discussion alive — below are links to all the major storylines coming out of the recent broadcasts.
