Quoteworthy:

"I was excited for the fight and the chance to fight someone like ‘Feijao.' I felt like the belt was just the cherry on top, and I love cherries. ... [The belt] definitely looks good around [my waist], so hopefully I'll keep it there for a few fights. I definitely want to fight. I will be fighting before June or July, then probably take the summer off and fight near the end of the year. And I will definitely be hanging on to this belt."

New Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Dan Henderson won't be resting on his laurels after exploding an "H-Bomb" on Rafael Cavalcante's face last night (March 5) in Columbus, Ohio. The 40 year-old "Hendo" wants to be back in the cage before the beginning of summer to defend his "cherry" and maybe even fight again before the year is out. An ambitious schedule, no doubt, but does Strikeforce have the depth in their 205-pound division to adhere to it? Did Gegard Mousasi vs. Mike Kyle on April 9 in San Diego just become a number one contender fight? How about Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal, who has a date in Dallas but no partner to tango with? Who should it be?
