For fans of mixed martial arts, making plans to go out on Saturday night is getting harder and harder.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was back on television for the second straight week when it returned to the Spike TV airwaves for its Fight Night 24 event last Saturday night (March 26) at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington.
Leading the charge into "Emerald City" was light heavyweight prospect Phil Davis, who stepped in as a late replacement for the injured Tito Ortiz to battle grizzled veteran Antonio Rogerio Nogueira in the main event.
Was Davis as "Wonderful" as he's been billed?
Also throwing hands on the cable television network was Anthony Johnson, as he tried to "Rumble" past the significant strikes of Dan "The Outlaw" Hardy after spending more than a year on the sidelines rehabbing an injured knee.
Of course we can't overlook the Leonard Garcia vs. Chan Sung Jung rematch and the surprise "twist" it had in its outcome, but was Amir Sadollah being taken lightly in his 170-pound match-up against DaMarques Johnson?
In cased you missed any or all of it — or just want to keep the discussion alive — below are links to all the major storylines borne from Saturday night's show.
Let’s get to it.
