A "Legend Killer" in MMA?
After knocking out Mirko Filipovic last night (March 19) at UFC 128, likely sending "Cro Cop" out of the UFC and possibly into retirement, "The Hybrid" is ready to try his luck against yet another former PRIDE champion and legend of the sport in Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.
He's even willing to travel to the hostile environment of Brazil to do so, as he tells MMA 30:
"Whatever they want. If they need someone crazy enough to fight Big Nog in Brazil, I'll be their huckleberry; whatever they want. Yeah (I want to fight Nog), I want the big fights, the big names and we could continue this legend stuff if you want."
Following in the footsteps of Randy Orton, who has been extremely successful by the way, may not be a bad idea for the former football player turned knockout artist.
Anyone think this fight gets booked for Aug. 27 at UFC: Rio? Do you even want to see it?
