According to our fiscal friends over at BetUS.com, it's UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Mauricio Rua, who is the +180 underdog heading into his reworked UFC 128 main event against the recently promoted division contender Jon Jones.
"Bones" stands as the favorite at -230.
Anyone ready to open their wallets? Or do you expect the lines to shift dramatically as we get closer to fight night?
"Shogun" was originally booked to defend his light heavyweight strap against Rashad Evans; however, "Suga" suffered a knee injury in training camp, forcing him to hand over his 205-pound title shot on March 19 in "The Garden State" to his friend and training partner.
Jones earned the short-notice title fight with a second round submission of Ryan Bader at UFC 126 back on Feb. 5.
Rua, who's been out with a knee injury of his own since definitively taking the belt from Lyoto Machida at UFC 113 back in May 2010, was called into the Octagon shortly after Jones' win at the "Silva vs. Belfort" pay-per-view to congratulate his new opponent and accept the challenge.
Let the hype begin.
