Watch out, Jose Aldo. Tyson Griffin announced (via his official website) he will undergo surgery to repair issues in his knees but once he returns to the Octagon, he will do so as a featherweight. The Xtreme Couture product says he will be "stronger and better than ever" in his run for the 145-pound belt.
