Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) made its successful return to the land "Down Under" with its UFC 127 pay-per-view (PPV) extravaganza last Saturday night (Feb. 26, 2011) from the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.

"Penn vs. Fitch" featured former lightweight champion B.J. Penn battling perennial welterweight contender Jon Fitch to a majority draw in the main event of the evening.

Aspiring 185-pound contender Michael Bisping silenced the uprising of fellow trash talking middleweight Jorge Rivera in the co-featured fight of the night (and a bout riddled with controversy), while local favorite George Sotiropoulos dropped down the 155-pound ladder with an upset loss to German kickboxer Dennis Siver.

In cased you missed any or all of it — or just want to keep the discussion alive — below are links to all the major storylines coming out of Saturday's blockbuster pay-per-view.
