Potential transference of disease being the main reason. It’d be one thing if it was Jorge, given they’re already beating the hell out of each other, it’s another entirely when you go out of your way to attack people who aren’t professional fighters.

Spitting is more than just the ultimate sign of disrespect, it’s provactive and unsanitary. The fact that this prick denied it and tried to excuse his behaviour makes it even worse. All of those guys have behaved poorly at some point and were punished for it as should Bisping.

Whether you’re Lesnar mocking your bloody opponent in his face, Guillard trying to attack the guy who just choked you out or Bisping spitting through a fence – it’s all classless shit that doesn’t belong in the “sport”, but singling Bisping out is ludicrous.

Spitting at your opponent’s corner is a new low for Bisping. He’s an embarrassment to his family, the sport, his team and his fans. He deserves to be punished for this and I hope that this signals the end of the UFC protecting him with easy fights like Rivera.

You know, I always had a thought in the back of my head that my hate for Bisping was a little misplaced...
But now… he’s a fucking meathead, just like most other British Fighters. They dont seem to have a good track record lately in the UFC. Daley gets booted for one of the most unprofessional acts Ive ever seen in the UFC. Might want to add that to list of skill needed in British training routines… wrestling, ju jistu, and tact. British mma fans are even worse from what Ive seen.

It doesn’t help that our most high profile fighters are arseholes but we as a nation should not be blamed for the behaviour of 2 morons. We have many classy fighters like Hathaway, Pearson and Winner who all conduct themselves professionally and represent themselves and the sport very well, so don’t judge them on the behaviour of Bisping and Daley just as others don’t judge the American fighters on the actions of Sonnen and Koscheck.

I’m not a big fan of Bisping but who really cares, theres a 4 foot walking area around the cage and that looggy wasn’t even close to clearing it to hit anyone.
