UFC 127: "Penn vs. Fitch" is set to take place this Saturday night (Feb. 26) from the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia, featuring a welterweight headliner between former lightweight champion BJ "The Prodigy" Penn and perennial division number one contender Jon Fitch.
In addition, middleweight strikers Michael "The Count" Bisping and Jorge "El Conquistador" Rivera will throw leather in the night's co-main event while George Sotiropoulos and Dennis Siver battle for a spot in the lightweight title hunt.
In preparation for this weekend's return "down under," the UFC will hold a pre-fight press conference featuring the major players from the upcoming event including Penn, Fitch, Bisping, Rivera, Sotiropoulos, Siver and of course, UFC President Dana White.
