The official weigh-in event for UFC on Versus 3: "Sanchez vs. Kampmann" is set to take place at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky, on Wednesday, March 2, 2011.

It is currently scheduled to air LIVE right here on MMAMania.com, as well as on several other online destinations, via streaming video. The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 4 p.m. ET.

As usual, MMAmania.com will provide the latest coverage of the UFC on Versus 3 weigh-ins, as well as provide a detailed recap of the festivities as soon as they conclude.

"Sanchez vs. Kampmann" will feature a match-up between reinvigorated welterweight Diego "Nightmare" Sanchez and 170-pound top contender Martin "Hitman" Kampmann.

Also on tap for March 3 is a middleweight mash-up between Mark Munoz and C.B. Dollaway while Brian Bowles and Damacio Page will square off looking for their first victories as Zuffa employees.

For those fortunate enough to be in "Derby City" for the promotion's debut in the "Bluegrass State," remember the weigh-in is FREE to attend and open to the public. Doors to the weigh-in will open at 1:30 p.m. local time for the general public.

In addition, UFC Fight Club members will be able to attend a special Q&A session with the hard-hitting lovable heavyweight Pat Barry prior to that at 2 p.m. local time.
