Rich Franklin is making good on his promise that he would get a tattoo if he was to lose to Forrest Griffin at UFC 126, according to MMAFighting.com. After dropping a unanimous decision, "Ace" is apparently getting a dragon put on his back and will be providing photos once it is finished.
