At least that's what Frank Mir is optimistic for. When asked if he feels a win over Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at UFC 140 this Sat., Dec. 10, 2011, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, will put him next in line behind the winner of Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem, he had this to say:
"That's exactly how I figure it. Also, too, worst case scenario, I'm right behind the winner. Best case scenario, if they have a bad performance or one of them gets injured. Happens all the time."
A win would give Mir three in a row, over Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic, Roy Nelson and Nogueira, respectively. That enough to earn him a title shot, Maniacs?
