bunch of fighters and their staff are converging on my gym, Toronto BJJ
Shields, Mitrione, Claude Patrick, Mike Johnson, etc, as well as some trainers such as Danaher. I suppose they are looking for local places with mat space to train. Jorge Britto, head instructor at Toronto BJJ, IIRC will be cornering Claude on saturday. Claude is a brown belt under Jorge, though he trains out of his own gym now.

Loose moose is an interesting place
There’s a million booze bottles hanging from the ceiling in an interesting pattern. I think Jack Astors just a few steps away steals all the business tho. Heard that jack’s was the busiest restaurant in the country, and I believe it as well – it’s often ridiculously packed
the moose is alright, kind of a dime a dozen spot. Astor’s is pretty “franchise” but you pay more to get better service/food. The hire better staff than the avg shoeless joes etc
