UFC 140: An in shape Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira can win the rematch against Frank Mir (Video)

"He won. He was better than me in that fight. He was faster. He surprised me with a couple good hands. He was better than me and he deserved it. I know if I'm in good shape like I am right now, I could do a better fight to beat him in the rematch."

Frank Mir knocked out Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira back in Dec. 2008 at UFC 92 and in the time immediately after the bout, "Minotauro" blamed a staph infection for a sluggish performance. Mir, of course, felt he was the better man and even a healthy "Big Nog" would have got what was coming to him. Now, Nogueira is acknowledging that Mir was the better man that night but he's in shape now and finally ready to get his revenge. He gets the chance this Sat., Dec. 10, 2011, at UFC 140 in Toronto. Anyone think he does it?
