UFC 141: "Lesnar vs. Overeem" is all set to pop off tomorrow night (Fri., Dec. 30, 2011) from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The pay-per-view (PPV) event features a seriously massive heavyweight number one contender eliminator clash as former division champion Brock Lesnar welcomes Strikeforce and K-1 kickboxing champion Alistair Overeem to the eight-walled cage for the first time ever.
Also on tap is a suddenly heated lightweight scrap between Nate Diaz vs. Donald Cerrone, as well as a welterweight bout between perennial 170-pound stalwart, Jon Fitch, and division upstart, Johny Hendricks.

Who cares, Rogans a fan of Brocks as many MMA fans are.
Brock is an exciting fighter like him or hate him he brings out the good the bad and the ugly in all MMA fans.

I can’t choose between Reem and Brock but I think both would get smashed by JDS or Cain any given day so I look at this main event as just a awesome match up more than anything. I also hope Cerrone teaches Nate a little something even though I have nothing against Diaz
I’m sorta on the same boat with you about the main event but I’m just going for Brock just cuz I never have rooted for him. But for the diaz fight i have to go with diaz. In a fan even though he isn’t as food as his brother. Cerrone is a great fighter and he probably has the better chance to win but I’m just a diaz fan so I’m going with diaz

Only person who even responded haha but I agree too, I can’t wait… I rented UFC 100 just cause I’m that big of a douche haha but that would be cool to see Brock win against a decent name in Overeem, and I also want to see him die against JDS imo.
I disagree
The only reason I disagree is that I saw the Werdum fight and Overeem looked cagey. Everyone talks about Brock not liking being punched in the face (who does?) but with those 4oz gloves Overeem also backpeddles in the same way.
I like Overeem and can see him becoming UFC champ but I dont think he has ever fought anyone with the size and intensity that Brock brings.
That said this is a very polarising fight and could be won by either man which is the kind of fight I love. Either one of these two will be destroyed by JDS though.

Forget Rogan, Mike Goldberg needs firing!
Its his job to comment on the fight and Rogans to “add colour” and insight. Rogan ends up doing it all while Goldberg sleeps off whatever he’s been drinking. IMO they should do away with both of them but if I had to choose to keep one it would be Rogan.
