UFC 140 results: Pic of Frank Mir breaking Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira's arm
There it is, ladies and gentlemen. Nasty.
Earlier tonight (Sat., Dec. 10, 2011) in the co-main event of UFC 140: "Jones vs. Machida" at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Frank Mir snapped Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira's arm with a kimura.
And so, three years after Mir became the first man to knock Nogueira out, he became the first man to submit him, though the victory was announced as a technical knockout.
Semantics.

Wow, my mom? Didn't mean that in a bad way Newfie. Otherwise I would've said fondle or something to that effect.
It's all about the entertainment.

But that's nothing to be ashamed of since there are so few women there....
It's all about the entertainment.
Nice
Jason Miller is a retard with straight hair and curly teeth.Hes a couple of dolly mixtures short of a quarter and spends his time swinging of a tyre attached to a rope! I should have listened to the MMA royalty on here, especially Jay,ANS and ViolentMike who kept reminding me that Mikes wrestling was the best at 185 and 205 and that if Greg Jackson,Randy Couture,Blackhouse,ATT or team quest ever needed any tips on game planning Wolfsalir is just a phone call away

Pro Sig record
8-5
Sig bet with Thunderdownunder on Mir/Nog. MIR
too much for me
I feel like he was holding on, since he felt he had Mir on the ropes 10 seconds earlier…

DAMN!!!!!
Nobody knows how pissed I am right now, I kept saying “stand up Nogueira” while I was watching, he should of got up and worked more punches on the feet. This was a very winnable fight for him but he chose to go for a sub over Frank Mir. Damn!
that is all.

Buuuuuuut.
They called it a TKO for god knows what reason.

Ref stopped it before tap...
if you watch it, Mir cranks it, you see the break, ref jumps in and while he’s going in, Nog taps…so, ref stopped it before Nog taps = TKO
Who cares what they call it, we all know what it is and it was beautiful. Nothing made me happier than to see Mir shut up Nog and his fanboys once and for all, the guy basically killed 2 birds with one break. Dana now has to put him in the mix for a title shot and all the doubters can shut the hell up and pay respect to “The Pride HW Legend Killer” Frank Mir.
"@bigfootsilva, I want to tell you a joke so funny it will make your head grow. It goes like this..Oh wait, I see you have already heard it." -Chael Sonnen
Nah they'll find a way to discredit him.
They’re already saying the ref didn’t stop the fight when it should have been or that Nog didn’t do what should have been done. Great fight from 2 legends and I loved watching it.

Awesome sub and bad choice by Nog to go for such a sloppy sub
He didnt have anything basically he tried to jump into the choke which is stupid you should secure it then go for it. Either way good comeback by Mir but damn yo boy can’t take much of a shot.
If you dont like drugs then dont do them.....give them to me!
That punch was in a good spot.
Towards the neck, that doesn’t really mean he can’t take a hit because we all know that can put anyone down. As for his defense when he’s hurt, that’s his real problem.

Anyone else think that the picture just looks like tattoo'd skin in a big ball of mush
Just doesn’t resemble limbs to me…absolutely gross
Sakuraba beats Silva, Aoki would beat Miller and Vitor Belfort didn't deserve his title shot - In my opinion, the craziest points I've read on this site...
Awesome submission by Mir,
but I really think this added muscle weight Mir carries around is detrimental to his fighting. He seems so slow and gasses very quickly in his last few fights, I think he should lose at least 10 pounds, thoughts?
When a fighter says something in poor taste I usually forward it to UFC’s customer service e-mail to make sure it is addressed and they are either fined or fired, depending on how severe.
He looked sick or something in this fight.
You can’t count his fight against Nelson, you’d get tired judo throwing Jabba around as well.
You mind your own damn business.

Rogan
said he looked weird (dry) he was wondering if frank had a proper warm up before the fight. maybe he had a cold this time….and still got the win!

Really? Cormier seems like a terrible match up for Josh. Either way, I wouldn’t even make a pick on that, seems like it could go either way.
Mir should fight hmmm Cain, it’s really the right match up to make.
I dont think so.
Mir’s on a 3 fight win streak, Cans coming off a loss. But I don’t honestly know who else since Barnett vs Cormier hasn’t been scheduled yet has it?
You mind your own damn business.
