UFC on FOX 1 video blog with Dana White

Fight week, blog week!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White is at it again, releasing the first of his video blog series to promote the biggest event in the promotion's history this weekend, UFC on FOX 1.

White begins the video with a disclaimer that assures combat sports fans that not only will they be able to watch the world title fight between UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez vs. Junior dos Santos for free on network television, but they'll have more than enough time to watch the rubber match between Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez on pay-per-view (PPV) later in the evening.

It then rolls into behind the scenes footage from UFC 137, with a cool moment between Nick Diaz and B.J. Penn, as well as more from inside the tunnel at UFC 138 as the wounded warriors return to the locker room after their fights. Some very interesting of footage of Chris Leben talking about the loss to Mark Munoz, which was stopped because of a cut between the second and third rounds.

Velasquez and "Cigano" wrap up the video with footage from a recent press conference to promote their main event, which takes place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., on Nov. 12, 2011, at 9 p.m. ET.

Enjoy.
