But the world's largest fight promotion -- along with the sport -- will reach the pinnacle of success when it holds the UFC on FOX 1: "Velasquez vs. Dos Santos" event this coming Sat., Nov. 12, 2011, in Anaheim, California.

The primetime special may only be an hour long and may only feature one fight, but the match-up is nothing short of scintillating. UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez will put his title on the line for the very first time against number one contender and Brazilian knockout artist Junior dos Santos.
