"Countdown" to UFC 139 video, which aired earlier this week on Spike TV, provides a glimpse into the preparation and training camps of the fighters who are set to headline this tonight's main event between former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Mauricio Rua vs. Dan Henderson.

UFC 139 is the promotion's latest upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event, which is scheduled to take place at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., later this evening, (Nov. 19, 2011), with the main card beginning at 9 p.m. ET.

In addition to "Shogun" and "Hendo," the "Countdown special provides a closer look into the co-main event that pits middleweight maulers Wanderlei Silva vs. Cung Le, as well as the 135-pound scrap between former WEC champions Urijah Faber vs. Brian Bowles.
