announces UFC 137 TrauMMA Combat contest winners!

via is proud to announce the grand prize winner of our UFC 137 TrauMMA Combat sponsored contest give-a-way, Captain Ernesto.

Cap came the closest out of the multiple entries we had to sift through since Saturday night's "Penn vs. Diaz" pay-per-view (thanks for the support and participation everyone), predicting that Cheick Kongo would defeat Matt Mitrione via unanimous decision in their heavyweight showdown on Oct. 29 in Las Vegas.

Nice work, Cap'n, who also had the "Cro Cop" knockout predicted in the tie-breaker. He walks away with a walkout tee from TrauMMA Combat signed by "Meathead" himself.

But he isn't alone.

A couple of other MMAmania readers were close enough to earn their share of prizes, so we'll send them shirts (unsigned), too.

Here they are:

Cipraincota: Kongo via unanimous decision (10-9,10-9,10-9). Cro Cop by KO round two (3:52).
Ejt85: Kongo via unanimous decision (10-9,10-9,10-9). Cro Cop by TKO round two (3:47).

Captain Ernesto, Cipraincota, Ejt85 -- be on the lookout from the TrauMMA Combat team -- who will have your stuff in the mail as soon as possible.

Thanks again for everyone who participated. And thanks to TrauMMA Combat for making this all possible. If you want to see more of their high-end mixed martial arts gear click here.
