"Chael Sonnen's the type of guy, he's trying to talk all that to promote because he's a boring fighter. He doesn't knock anybody out. What's the last knockout he has on his career? What's the last submission he has on his career? ... What he's accomplished is just talking."
To answer Vitor Belfort's question, the last time Chael Sonnen was credited with a legitimate knockout win was all the way back in April 2004, a 40-second flying knee destruction of Justin Bailey at Rage on the River. In fairness, he's had a couple TKO wins since then. Five, actually, but none inside the Octagon. He'll try to end that streak tonight (Oct. 8) at UFC 136 against Brian Stann. And if he does, depending on what happens with Dan Henderson on Nov. 19, he might just meet "The Phenom" early next year. Sound good?
