I think it's safe to say...
Barry has ZERO sub defense… He literally has no idea what’s happening when it hits the mat.
Given that, Stefan did set it up quite well (with those long-ass legs)..and it cinched deeper when he slammed him for sure…Night Night Barry

Great lift. No execution. Shrug off the sub than slam. Otherwise, well we’ve seen what happens. Barry was doomed from the start. No surprise in this outcome. HD needs to get mean. I don’t see it happening anytime soon.

as far as the power bomb goes.. that elbow seriously broke the fall… plus if Barry had stepped over the face with his leg, he could of got out of it.
Defending a triangle has many factors
Simply knowing what to do isn’t enough. If you are late you are already on your way to passing out, and we have no idea of telling who’s okay in a choke and who’s not. You also have to take into consideration the physique of the two fighters. Sometimes when training I get the tap instantly as soon as I lock it behind the knee; with other sized training partners I will have to pull the head, change the angle, go for the arm at the same time, etc, to the get the tap. It’s not like a video game where you can just do this or do that and be out. Technical grappling is very precise and difficult to analyze unless you are proficient in it yourself.
