Brock Lesnar in WWE '12 video game as hidden playable character
Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, who will fight Alistair Overeem in the main event of UFC 141 on Dec. 30 in Las Vegas, Nevada, has found himself back on the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) roster for 2012.
Well, sort of.
The pasty-face pro wrestler is expected to appear as a hidden playable character in the upcoming WWE '12 video game from THQ, which drops Nov. 22 of this year.
Multiple sources confirm ...the people developing "WWE: 12" approached Brock back in January and asked for permission to use his name and likeness in the game and the advertising campaign.
We're told Brock loved the idea -- but wouldn't sign off unless his current boss, UFC honcho Dana White, gave his blessing. Fortunately, it worked out.
TMZ spoke with White, who told us, "I love WWE and I have nothing but love for Vince McMahon -- I'm totally OK with Brock being in the game."
No word yet on whether or not John Cena will be a hidden playable character in UFC Undisputed 3.
Anyone think Lesnar's association with his former employer devalues his name as a mixed martial artist? Or did Cain Velasquez already take care of that last October?
Any closet pro wrestling fans going to pick this one up?

Save the digs on pro wrestling for the elitist nerd douchebags on Bloody Elbow. There’s nothing wrong with pro wrestling , it is what it is , and there’s no need to get our panies in a bunch for every single quasi connection between it and MMA.
Nice article the other day Jesse, a lot of imagination , very descriptive , and bright ways of potraying things. I forget the article, but remembered the name.
