Poor guy.

He seems pretty cool.

MMA is truly a young man’s game I think. These guys hit 34 and it seems like they’re gone.

Dang.

I liked Baroni, but its fair. He lots both of his fights he just had in the UFC, its been ages since he won a big fight. He’s going past his prime fast.

Give the chap a break.

If it’s MMA related then let him self promote. Atleast he’s not trying to spam something completely off topic like, say a music video for instance….http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VwffThnN3U

glad he is gone. now go join jersey shore with the rest of the new yorkers on that zhitty show.

On february 5th 2011 at UFC 126 Jon "Bones" Jones will show the world that their was no need for the MMA community to hype this man because this guy is a beast with many skills and i personally will feel Ryan "Darth" Bader's pain after this fight. SB Nation's public enemy #1.

Baroni would kick Situation’s ass, but I think Ronny takes Baroni. He’s pretty big.

Top level bodybuilders weigh around 250-280 lbs. ripped at 5'8".

Who knows how much that would cost in various steroids, hgh, etc.? Even with those things, most people don’t have the genetics to look like that. Plus they make enough money in bullshit supplement endorsements to just lift weights, sleep, and eat.
