Latest UFC odds and betting lines for 'Fight for the Troops 2' on Jan. 22
UFC Fight Night 23: "Fight for the Troops 2" is set to go down this Saturday night (Jan. 22) live on Spike TV from the Fort Hood Army Base in Killeen, Texas.
And since you won't have to come up with any extra scratch to pay for the event, you can use that leftover fitty to apply some coinage to your favorite fighter (or fighters).
Lots of tasty dawgs this time around, as the hard-hitting headliner Melvin Guillard comes into Saturday's headlining bout against Evan Dunham (-260) with a hefty +200 line in tow.
Anyone think "The Young Assassin" can kill Dunham's title hopes?
Tim Hague (+200) and George Roop (+200) aren't getting much love from the bookmakers despite coming off wins in their previous fights. Are Matt Mitrione (-260) and Mark Hominick (-260) getting too much respect?
And who wants to lay some cheddar on Joey Beltran (+180) in hopes that the "Mexicutioner" can exploit Pat Barry's (-230) non-existent ground game?
Here are the latest UFC Fight Night 23 odds and betting lines (- = favorite; + = underdog):

dont like too many of these fights.
if i bet this event at all i will bet a small parlay or 2 just for the fuck of it!
maybe a Mitrione/hominick prlay
Yea nothin good on here.....
a small play on Guillard or Beltran might be worth something. Either of them parlayed with hominick or mitrione would work. Then again i want to look at Hague some more before deciding.

One Step closer to Gleison Tibau @ 145
If the round is too close, it's 10-10, NOT flip a coin 10-9 or late takedown FTW.

If Beltran hits +200, I'll bet a little on him.
NNR, don’t waste your time, Hague is doo doo.

yeah, the UFC spike tv cards are crap these days! You cant headline a free card that wouldnt even make an american ppv main card!
I mean Dunham vs. Kenflo was a big fight…guillard vs. Dunham just doesnt have the main event luster.
and then when Matt Mitrione headlines the co mainevent…..pretty fucking weak!
Im not staying up til 3:00am in Italy to watch this crap live…thats for sure
i hope this card ends up like every other card people denounce
Fucking awesome. I’ll watch no matter what.

I don't think people are saying they wont watch (unless they live in Italy), they are just saying that its a very lackluster looking card
This event is to honor our troops, and this is the best the UFC has to offer?
If so, why doesn’t the UFC just hire Lee Murray to go rob the Fallen Intrepids Fund for all the money they raised last event for the troops/veterans.

VM
They know no matter what they will make this charity tons of money.
I wasn’t speaking of anyone in particular,my argument is that the “crap” cards usually turn out to be really good. The first fight for the troops was gnarly (yeah I said it) and I think, if my memory serves me correctly, it looked lackluster on paper.

I'm actually looking forward to this card.
A few fights on there that could really open some eyes. Not many that have anything to do with contention, but can be very exciting anyway.
