PrintI recently got to interview MMA legend and pioneer Bas Rutten. When asked if he thought it was time for BJ Penn to switch training camps and teams he didn't surprise me by saying yes, but really surprised me by saying he sees problems in Penn and his fighting, and offered to help him train. Jesus you wasted alot of this interview on pointless questions imo. This is the one and only Bas Rutten, you could of asked him so much about his personal life, about his spell in jail, the street fights, his knees, his feelings on never been able to fight again, who if anyone intimidates him, Pride, Overeem and etc etc etc etc etc…kinda a big let down. If people want a good interview with Bas Rutten, then download Fighting Words with Mike Straka featuring Bas, AWESOME interview but a good interviewer.

That shit is invasive and potentially dangerous. Anytime you have to click something to make it close or to accept it (Eg. Yes or Cancel), you are opening your computer up to bad bad shit. Last time I clicked one of those things, I got malware on my computer (I even hit cancel) and lost everything. Had to completely rebuild my computer. I will say it again Kev, that shit is going to be a major turnoff and will keep many readers from going to your site. Especially this one.
Not only does BJ Penn quit on his stool versus guys that are bigger than him...He gets tooled by guys that are SMALLER than him. BJ should just stick to jumping out of pools, not fighting. I shoulda listened to Ulf.

Doesnt have the style to fit into Bas fight style. Bas would def have to make his own regiment for BJ that would fit into what Bj does. Bj should train with Greg Jackson or Extrem Coutoure

He’s not going to become a good wrestler now, he has good hands, his jits could improve or he could use it more often.
I think he needs better conditioning, speed and better guys in his corner. Who offers that?
He also wouldn’t move across the country so whoever he hooks up with will have to move to him. It doesn’t leave him a lot of options.
Since he doesn’t like using the GG, why not just hook up with Del Agrotti (Spelled wrong) or Thompkins or something? He just needs someone to kick him in the ass and corner him.
