I cant help but think what a pathetic workout.
I did kinda like the pushing the big tire.
Mind you I would want to do it a bit faster.
You could also add a knee to the midsection of the tire which would make sense off the break.
It must work matey as his cardio is one of his best assets!

I know since you hate the fighter you refuse to give him anything which is fine, But to say he does’nt train hard is just annoying, I’d love to see you win Tuf, Defend your country in MMA and be in many high profile fights.
I’m not that much of a Bisping fan but I believe if you hate him atleast bitch about stuff that should be bitched about.

problem with bisping
is that he totally lacks punching power so his opponents aren’t afraid to get close to him.
his gnp is amazing he should use that more often.

I figure it this way
First off, Did I critize him, no just his workout… you would think that a guy who does this as his livelyhood it would be a bit better for a workout. Or atleast worth watching. ( I really didnt see too much that I would want to emulate)
If I did like him I would still take the 2 or 3 minutes to state the obvious, It sucked.
PLAIN AND SIMPLE. TO SAY IT WAS AN AWESOME GLIMPSE INTO WHAT AN ATHLETES WORKOUT SHOULD LOOK LIKE IS HILARIOUS. Anyone with 10 feet of chain and a few minutes could dream it up.
I would expect more than 3 chinups if he was trying to impress anyone…

Bisping is going to eventually become irrelevant and is lucky he lives in the UK or he would have his butt kicked to the curb by now. His next fight if he gets one should be vs COTE…

August 28th was an emotional day for me. Two events occurred that brought me to my knees:
1. BJ Penn lost to Frankie Edgar for the second time, proving to me that he is nowhere near the caliber of man that I made him out to be.
2. I found out that the cardio portion of Frankie Edgar’s training camp consisted of Frankie banging my mom while the arm.bar.bandit played the spanish guitar and sang "Eye of the tiger" by Survivor.
I love the guys on here thinking they could train harder, or they know better.

I completely understand why people dont like the guy. I personally support him as he’s a local guy and have followed him through his career, but dont have any qualms with people criticising him if its backed up with something.

I’m personally a big fan of Dan Miller. A split decision against Rashad. A out of date Kane… He’s no top contender, i’m just saying his no undercard-guy.

When he was doing the bench press. Didn’t they have anymore weights? What’s up with the chains? Was it all for show? Do they have to use chains as part of their workout now that Rampage is part of the Dragon’s lair?

Lifting chains are a different sort of resistance training than lifting regular weights
It looked like he had two 35 lbs. (not sure what that is in kilos) plus the bar so you could say 90-100 lbs. plus the chains. Not sure how much the chains weigh but the point of the workout is that as Bisping lifts the chains higher off the ground, less are on the ground and the resistance increases. It’s a better workout for an MMA fighter than just regular weigh training because you don’t get any sort of break when you extend your arms fully the resistance keeps getting greater. So at the top of the press he is probably benching 180-200 lbs. which is his own weight I would imagine.
