Fighters match up differently and anything can happen on the night. Stylistically they’re both quite similar, and I beat Leben by just having a crisper, sharper striking style and being more technical. I want to finish Akiyama and I think I will because during this camp I’ve been knocking down lots of big guys – heavyweights. Hot-and-cold middleweight Michael Bisping doesn't want to let his UFC 89 victory over Chris Leben lull him into a false sense of security against International star Yoshihiro Akiyama when they collide in the main event of UFC 120 on Oct. 16 in London. "Sexyama" is coming off a war against "The Crippler" that saw him fall in the third round of a brutal slugfest. Does Bisping rank hire than Akiyama using the tried-and-never-true formula of MMA Math? Or is the boisterous Brit going down for "The Count" on Spike TV?

Usually when I hear fighters chirp, they are “lighting dudes up” or “knocking dudes out” in training. At least he is honest about the fact that he is “knocking them over”.
We fight, get beat, rise and fight again.
Well before his last fight, he did claim to be knocking guys out with 16’s and headgear in training. Which of course begs the question “why can’t you hurt a guys with 4’s and no headgear?”
After much careful deliberation, I’ve arrived at a conclusion. Either Bisping is completely full of shit, or Wolf’s Lair recruits its sparring partners outside a Manchester brain trauma recovery clinic.

The guy did hit Miller and Wandy with a few god shots his last fight. I think the guy has power he just rarely settles down enough to use all of it. Course I like Bisping at times unlike the majority of the MMA world.

Akiyama’s striking is far more accurate and technical than Bispings. By the way his fight with Leben was boring which that was far from the case with Leben/Akiyama.

No way will he get a title shot after beating a guy who just lost to Chris Leben. He’s miles behind Marquadt/Okami, then the returning Sonnen. He will have to fight one more fight to make it three wins in a row (probably a safe fight like Cote as Bizzzz has proven time after time he cant compete with the elite) then Dana can argue he’s legitimate, despite the fact he will have dodged all the top guys and never beaten anyone close to the top 10 in his life.
