I thought they had switched shorts. Did he take his headgear off in an attempt to keep the guy from hitting him. That was seriously depressing. Dammit. If his standup looks like this on Saturday he is going to make Frank Mir look like Mayweather.

Meh...who knows what all training and how many rounds he had already put in. I don't put much stock in this.
The top 5 things I learned this weekend:
5) SEC "team speed" is O-VER-RA-TED
4) Orange and White will never look as good as Green and Yellow.
3) 102,000 people get awfully quiet when they choke on too much Duck.
2) The Vols would have had better luck playing checkers in their end zones than trying to stop the Ducks from getting in there.

Mirko has no speed, no movement, no power no technique at this point.
The sparring partner is the one who should be fighting Mir… Maybe that would be a competitive fight.

Kind of heavy, slow… far from the man who did the opponents load their panths with crap. Even so, I root for the legendary MMA striker who gave me great left-kick on head shows.

If this is the end of the workout, why wouldn’t the person who made the video post the parts where he was fresh? Maybe they are betting on CC and want the odds to get better cause people will bet on Mir after seeing this?

I love Cro Cop but in this video he looked awful. He was constantly moving backward, maybe that’s what they were training, but either way it didn’t look good. I would love to see Cro Cop win but I think Mir is just too much for him and will take him down at will. Mir probably wins this in the 1st rd easily. It’s hard to say but we all know the Cro Cop of old is gone and not comming back.
Did anyone else notice how small the cage Mirko was training in? I think my bathroom is bigger than that.

Man I hate the fact that CC looks f'in shitty..
When UFC bought pride and I heard tht fedor wasn’t coming over… I thought alright well that makes CC the automatic champ.. but now its just what Frank Mir said.. CC power is still there but his aggression and tenacity are gone which makes him suck IMO..

Now I just wish CC would hang em up. The glory days of him in Pride are gone, as hard as that is to realize. I know I love CC but it could be real bad for him against a very motivated Mir who wants to get back in title contention. We all know Dana loves devasting knockouts or great subs and how it can jump a guy in the ranks by doing so. Im still rooting for CC but I think it’s gonna be bad, real bad.
