I’m taking Cro Cop in this one. I think Frank will try to stand at first and pay for it. Plus he’s not exactly known for his takedowns.

I think Mir's standup will be more than good enough to hang with CC
The CC you see now isn’t the animal from pride. His heart’s not in it anymore and he rarely pulls the trigger nowadays I can sadly see Mir KOing him, hope I’m wrong.

And don’t mention the Nog fight cause he used the same combo 50 times in a row, Nog wasn’t able to move. If they stand Cro Cop will hurt him, Mir is the one without heart, he has zero heart.

no way Frank gets the take down, can’t remember the last time he went for a TD. He is over confident in his stand up.
Saying that Kongo has the same style as CC is just laughable. CC never keeps his hands low, if you watch the Kongo/Mir fight you will realise how low Kongo kept his hands.
I am also getting pissed off with people saying CC is done when he is clearly not. He traded with JDS for 3 rounds and it only got stopped because of an eye injury not because he was KO’d, he also gave a few good shots of his own. And against Barry he got knocked down twice but got right back up and did not look wobbly. CC won round 2 and was winning round 3 until he subbed barry.

Cro Cop may not be at his best, how could he be after the injury and KO loss he suffered against Gonzaga. But to say he’s anymore done than a guy like Mir who’s almost lost more fights then he’s won in his last 10 is nothing but crap.
If Mir wins it’s on the ground, even Brock Lesnar handled Mir in the stand up.

But it is so easy to go “Name one time he looked impressive” and then discredit all his fights he looked good on his feet. He looked good and had good movement on his feet against Lesnar as well. There are always excuses BUT the fact is he looked good against a good boxer like Nog and against a good striker like Kongo.

He didn't put away Kongo with his striking
He set up a sub from knocking him down but Kongo had his arms down by his waste in that fight, something you will never see CC doing

I think Barry was kicking Crocop's ass until he broke his hand and foot. Mir will destroy Crocop by submission, because Crocop sucks once you put him on his ass.

Cro Cop’s game is to one dimensional nowadays. He has a chance if he can land something but I think Mir will try for the takedown, even pull guard to get this on the ground. Then its all Mir. I hope not, I would love to see a standup war with Cro Cop winning but realistically I dont think that wil happen. I hope Cro Cop sends Mir’s head into the bleachers, I just think Mir will play it safe and wont stand and trade. Mir desperatly needs this win to be able to go on another title run and I think thats why Mir will play this one safe and try to get this to the ground as quick as possible and ultimately get the win, probably by submission. But Im still rooting for Cro Cop
