Apparently he hasn't had enough. After getting manhandled by Randy Couture just last month at UFC 118, "Lights Out" wants another chance. The Michigan native claims that if the UFC wants to sell tickets to the event, they shouldn't count on "Rampage" Jackson to do it, but rather himself. Anybody want to see more of James inside of the Octagon? While it's highly unlikely we ever will, who would serve as an appropriate match up for Toney?

That fight would not be anything but a takedown, 3-6 brutal shots to Toney while he is on his back, and a stoppage. You don’t need to have a crystal ball to see that. Kongo is not a good idea since he would try to take Toney to the ground.
Kongo would not stand and trade with him. When Kongo fights a fellow striker he takes them down and tries to ground and pound. Kongo only stands and trades when he thinks he is the better striker otherwise he tries to wrestle the whole time.
I’m pretty sure everyone in the UFC has enough ground skills to do the same exact thing Randy did, and therefore they would, since the only place toney could hurt them is standing
