Former street and cage fighter Kimbo Slice addressed the notion that a he and James Toney fight could actually one day come to fruition. Ironically enough, it is Slice now who calls the ring his home while Toney, albeit likely in one and done fashion, ventured inside of the Octagon to prove, well, nothing. With the line of people waiting to box "Lights Out" completely empty, will a Slice vs. Toney match ever take place? And, if it did, how quickly does Kimbo get embarrassed it yet another professional combat sport?

One hell of a has been to fight in your first boxing match too
Toney might suck balls at mma but he’s 72-6 in boxing, which is fucking crazy. Aged another 5-6 years he could still win this fight on experience alone.

then it’s a frreakshow in the wrong sport…. I couldn’t watch it…. MMA those 2 yeah… boxing no.
As long as Kimbo stays on his feet he will lose, i don’t care what limb he uses.
Same would have happened to Couture and Couture’s clinch is FAR better.
Many MMA fans think that MMA fighters can do anything but the fighters know better. There is a reason Couture took a wild leap from almost outside of kicking range and grabbed Toney’s leg. He didn’t even want to ENTER punching range, and he admitted it. it’s why he didn’t go for the double.

Kimbo would
get owned in a boxing match. MMA he might actually beat Toney. He did put Mercer in a guillotine. but anyway Kimbo is trash at any combat sport and him in boxing would be a waste. They would feed him tomato cans until he actually fought a guy with a ok record then he would be brutally KO.

I think its retarded but he fought in the hood dude. Anyone could have shot him after they lost or stabbed him. Definetly different dangers than fighting MMA or pro boxing. You saw white men cant jump…when the dude grabbed the gun and went to shootup the whole court…that was a movie i know but in reality that could have happened easy.
