But Tito brings nothing to the table as far as talent. He’ll never be competitive again, I’m sure he’s making more than the average jobber out there. It seems like a waste of money that should be going to fighters with talent. If they are keeping him around for selling power they should have kept Kimbo. They’re similar talent-wise and Kimbo can still sell a fight.

Tito is still HUGE at LHW and still has a brutal top game
The only real decline in his skills is his speed. He’s a lot slower on his feet and that makes it a lot harder to shoot and get the TD. If he worked his TD from the clinch instead of depending on the speed of his double leg (which is gone), he could still be a factor. He’ll never be a Top 3 again, but with a little change in his gameplan I think he could still make a tough night for a lot of Top 10ers.

Could anyone else tell with Joe Warren’s trash talk and other lately that fighters are
starting to pick up on the fact that like it or not media and fans react to the banter, thx to Sonnen as of late of course. I see a sad trend starting to build and the decay of fighter respect and comradery.

Yes, Chael is a ridiculous comedian with bad taste and seems to miss the hypocrisy of most of his comments. Tito absolutely sucks at trash talk, he’s definitely slow on the pick up, and you can see the wheels trying to turn as he starts his babble of nonsense.
That being said, I have noticed several fighters with much less media experience as of late trying to come up with their own version of trash talking rants I believe with the hope to create hype. It comes across forced and pathetic and I hope it doesn’t start snowballing in any significant way.
