The official fighter purses for those who competed at the UFC on Versus 2 event this past Sunday night (Aug. 1) from the San Diego Sports Arena in San Diego, California, were released earlier today and passed along by the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC).
PRIDE import Takanori Gomi was the big earner of the night, sending Tyson Griffin to the back of the line with a thunderous right hook that grossed the former lightweight deity a cool $80,000 for his efforts.
