He better push the pace and try to get his old hands on Toney ASAP. The longer he stands the more Toney chances rise.

A All time boxer like toney would bring more boxers into MMA if he wins or even does good. This guy is a top striker and Former champion why wouldnt the UFC want him
They take Ju Jitsu guys all the time with credentials and they end up sucking ass in some cases so why not take an exciting fighter period.

Randy Couture would be a damn fool to go straight for the takedown.
A fresh James Toney is going to be waiting for that punch and if Couture runs in head first for a takedown we might see a decapitation.
