In the spirit of all the injuries that have occurred over the past year of mma.  I thought it might be interesting to hear about some of the injuries of some of my mania brethren.  This could be on a day to day basis (stubbed toe,ulcer,haemorrhoids ) Or it can be an account of a longstanding or grizzly injury from years past.  

STD's or STI's are optional.  However it could definitely make this a whole lot more interesting.
