Programming reminder: 'Countdown' to UFC 118: 'Edgar vs Penn 2' debuts TONIGHT (Aug. 23) on Spike TV

Countdown to UFC 118: "Edgar vs. Penn 2" will debut TONIGHT (Monday, Aug. 23 at midnight ET -- early Tuesday, technically) on Spike TV to promote the upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event scheduled for the TD Garden in Boston, Mass., on Sat., Aug. 28.
The network special will provide a glimpse into the preparation and training camps of the fighters set to headline the show, featuring current UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar and division number one contender BJ Penn.
Rest assured we'll also hear from foul-mouthed boxing champion James Toney, who will make his mixed martial arts debut against none other that UFC Hall of Famer, Randy Couture.
Replays of "Countdown" to UFC 118: "Edgar vs. Penn 2" will air at the following times on Spike TV:
- Wednesday, Aug. 25 at 7 p.m. ET
- Friday, Aug. 27 at 12 a.m. ET (Thursday night into Friday morning)
- Saturday, Aug. 28 at 6 p.m. ET

I have DTV and I just checked the program guide… It’s not showing me a countdown to UFC 118 ?
Yea same here, I have Optimun and it shows the same However, I went to the Spike site and it shows countdown scheduled for 12 am right after No country for old Men ( greattt Film btw!)

and don’t see it there either. Last minute change that no guide has listed I guess.
Lesnar isn't the most skilled fighter but until somebody beats him he is the #1 HW in the world. It's obviously not Fedor and sure as hell isn't Werdum!

I have digital cable and my guide shows Star Trek Voyager on tonight and no Countdown.
I don’t see no debut tonight on spike. Midnight tonight it shows Knockout sportsworld

It was originally scheduled to air on wednesday,but they obviously made a last minute change so it more than likely will air tonight,schedule just didn’t update
